Settle a mint batch

A wolf-and-sheep game on Elysium
Raise sheep in your own wallet, bring home the WOOL they grow, and keep one eye on the treeline — the wolves take their cut of everything. No identity gate, no whitelist: any ordinary wallet on Elysium can play.
| Animals | Price each | Paid in |
|---|---|---|
| #1 – 1,111 | 0.025 HYPE | HYPE |
| #1,112 – 3,333 | 0.0375 HYPE | HYPE |
| #3,334 – 6,666 | 0.05 HYPE | HYPE |
| #6,667 – 11,111 | 0.0625 HYPE | HYPE |
Fixed HYPE prices — no oracle, no feed. An order that straddles a step pays each animal at its own step's price.
Minting buys animals — not WOOL. No WOOL is handed out at mint. Every WOOL is earned: each sheep grows 2,000 a day from the moment it is born, and wolves collect from the pasture. The only WOOL created up front is the pool seed, minted when the pool opens at sale #3,333.
11,111 more animals, paid in WOOL that is burned in full: 4,000 each to #1,111, then 6,000 / 8,000 / 10,000. Same dice, same caps.
Demo mode: the quote assumes the sale starts at #1. Live quotes use the sold count served by the indexer.
Every wallet gets 10 lifetime Gen 0 mint slots and may hold at most 10 animals at once — no identity check of any kind. Selling an animal never gives a slot back; a slot reopens only when a newborn is snatched out of it, or a sheep is caught on a run sent from the wallet that minted it.
Minting runs through your own wallet on Elysium (chainId 99901). The result is not final until the batch settles — see the settlement desk below.
Every mint and every forage run locks a block 13 blocks ahead. Once that block lands, anyone can settle the batch — the block's hash decides sheep or wolf, tiers, snatches and catches. A result that exists can never be re-rolled; a batch left unsettled past the 256-block hash window can be re-locked to a fresh future block.

Demo mode: pasture lookup switches on after deployment. Nothing here is read from the chain yet.
From the moment a sheep is born, sitting in your own wallet — no staking, no lock-up. Uncollected WOOL stays with the sheep: whoever buys the sheep buys the pile too.
Collecting means a forage run out on the open pasture. Survivors hand you 80% of what they had grown; the wolves take a 20% toll.
Each sheep on a run has a 1-in-5 chance of being caught: it is gone for good, and its whole pile goes to the wolves. Read R1 before your first run. Sending zero sheep is a legal run — it just collects what your wolves are owed.
A forage run settles from a block that has not been mined yet when you send it — 13 blocks ahead.
Nothing is listed yet.
A listed animal stays home with its seller and keeps growing WOOL until somebody pays the asking price in HYPE. A sheep sells together with every WOOL it has grown and not yet collected. A wolf's pending dividends are settled to its seller at the sale — the buyer starts clean. The market keeps 2.5% of the price for the treasury.
No open bids yet.
Pick the wolf tier you are hunting, name your price in HYPE, and the bid contract holds your money in escrow. Any owner of that tier can sell to you on the spot — and until one does, you can cancel and take every wei back. A fill pays the seller minus the same 2.5% fee.
Anyone offering to trade you an ElysWool animal anywhere else is not using the official market.
— of 1,995,000,000 earnable
Of the 2,000,000,000 WOOL that can ever exist, this part can only be earned by sheep — 2,000 a day each. When the reserve is gone, earning stops; what is already earned stays collectable.
0 WOOL
There isn't one. No team allocation, no project lock, no vesting schedule — the token contract has no project bucket at all. Every WOOL that can ever exist is earned by a sheep or seeded into the pool. If anyone shows you a “team wallet” for ElysWool, it is not ours.
A sheep grows 2,000 WOOL a day from the moment it is born, in your own wallet — there is no staking. WOOL it has grown and not yet collected stays with the sheep, so whoever buys the sheep buys the pile too. Bringing it home takes a forage run: a 1-in-5 chance per sheep of being caught — gone for good, whole pile to the wolves. Survivors pay you 80% and the wolves a 20% toll. Sending no sheep at all is a legal run: it just collects what your wolves are owed.
One birth in ten is a wolf, and a wolf's tier is fixed for life:
| Tier | Share of wolves | Weight | Eats |
|---|---|---|---|
| TIER 5 | 45% | 5 | 1.0× |
| TIER 6 | 30% | 6 | 1.2× |
| TIER 7 | 20% | 7 | 1.4× |
| TIER 8 | 5% | 8 | 1.6× |
Wolves split three pots between them, pro-rata by tier weight. One: the whole piles of caught sheep. Two: the 20% toll on every load that makes it home. Three: the wolves' cut of official-pool trade taxes — 1% of every buy and 1% of every sell, paid in WOOL. A Tier 8 eats 1.6 times what a Tier 5 eats. Dividends are claimed by hand, per wolf or all at once — they are never airdropped, and a wolf sold mid-way settles its pending dividends to the seller, so the buyer starts clean.
Wolves also raid the cradle: once any wolf is on the treeline, every newborn has a 1-in-10 chance of being snatched, bigger tiers more likely to be the one who pounces. The newborn goes to whoever owned that wolf when the batch settles. The mint fee is still paid.
There will never be more than 2,000,000,000 WOOL. Of that, 1,995,000,000 can only ever be earned by sheep. The remaining 5,000,000 is the pool seed: minted into the pool when it opens, sized by the accumulated reserve at the 0.00002 HYPE opening anchor and never more than that 5,000,000 cap. Zero belongs to the team or the project. Burned WOOL never comes back. If your wallet shows 0 WOOL, nothing is broken — your sheep have not started earning yet: minting buys animals, and the token enters the world only through play, apart from the pool seed created inside the mint that sells #3,333.
Every birth and every forage run is drawn from the hash of a future block — a block that does not exist yet when you act. The moment your mint or run lands, the contract locks in a block 13 blocks ahead; when that block is mined, its hash settles everything: sheep or wolf, which tier, whether a newborn is snatched, and which foraging sheep come home. At the moment you pay, that block has not been written, so nobody can know the result — not you, not us, not a bot watching the chain. There is no outside randomness service: the draw is pure chain state, and anyone can recompute it afterwards. Settling is a separate step anyone may call once the seed block lands. If a batch somehow sits unsettled past the chain's memory for old block hashes (256 blocks), that hash reads as zero and settles nothing; anyone may then re-lock the batch to a fresh future block under the exact same rule — a result nobody has seen yet can be re-locked, a result that exists can never be re-rolled. The contracts have no owner; the only switch that ever existed is a one-time launch call that opens the sale and can never close it.
One price for every player — no discounts, no free animals, and no identity gate of any kind: any wallet on Elysium can mint. Gen 0 costs 0.025 HYPE up to #1,111, 0.0375 to #3,333, 0.05 to #6,666 and 0.0625 to #11,111; an order crossing a step pays each animal its own price. Each wallet holds 10 lifetime Gen 0 mint slots and a net cap of 10 animals; selling or gifting an animal does not free its slot.
20% of every payment goes to the treasury. The other 80% of the first 3,333 sales opens the WOOL pool inside the mint that sells #3,333 — HYPE paired with WOOL at a 0.00002 HYPE anchor, LP tokens to the dead address. After that, the 80% buys WOOL back from the pool and burns it, a little at a time: never more than 1% of the pool's HYPE reserve per call. If sales stall before #3,333, anyone may open the pool 14 days after the first mint once 1,000 have sold — or 60 days after the first mint, with any number sold.
Trading WOOL on the official pool is taxed; moving it wallet to wallet is free. A buy pays 2% — 1% to the wolves, 1% to the treasury. A sell pays 3% — 1% burned, 1% to the wolves, 1% to the treasury. Every leg is paid in WOOL, and the rates are constants baked into the token contract with no setters.
Gen 1: once Gen 0 is gone, 11,111 more animals, bought with WOOL that is burned in full — 4,000 each up to #1,111, then 6,000, 8,000 and 10,000. Same 10-per-wallet caps, same dice, same absence of any gate.
